Partner Terms

1. Partnership Agreement

By partnering with tickadoo, you agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement governs the relationship between tickadoo and partner venues, experience providers, and other business partners.

2. Partner Obligations

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about experiences, availability, and pricing
  • Honor all bookings made through the tickadoo platform
  • Maintain quality standards for listed experiences
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

3. Commission and Payments

tickadoo charges a commission on bookings made through the platform. Commission rates are agreed upon individually with each partner. Payments are processed according to the schedule outlined in your partnership agreement.

4. Listing Requirements

  • All experiences must include clear descriptions, accurate photos, and transparent pricing
  • Partners must disclose any restrictions, age limits, or special requirements
  • Cancellation policies must be clearly stated

5. Intellectual Property

Partners grant tickadoo a license to use their brand name, logo, and content for the purpose of promoting their experiences on the platform. tickadoo retains all rights to the platform technology and design.

6. Liability

Partners are responsible for the safe delivery of their experiences and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage. tickadoo acts as a booking platform and is not liable for the experiences themselves.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. tickadoo reserves the right to immediately suspend partners who violate these terms or provide substandard experiences.
